What payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express or regular account payments all through Paypal.
When do you charge me?
When placing an order we will not charge your card until the item is ready to despatch. At this point you will receive an email confirming the content, and delivery method for your order.
How will my order be sent to me?
You will receive an email when your order is despatched, stating method of delivery.
When can I expect to receive my delivery?
We ship everything within one working day recorded delivery. All orders within the UK should arrive up to 3 working days. All EU orders arrive within 7 working days and orders outside the EU, 7-10.
How much is postage going to cost me?
We have a few different delivery options available at different costs to suit your needs.
Delivery Costs
Standard Delivery: £4.95
Please allow 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) from placing your order. Most standard delivery orders go via Royal Mail and all orders require a signature on delivery. During ‘sale’ periods delivery may occasionally take up to 7 working days.
Next Day Delivery: £5.95
Orders placed before 4pm on a working (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed at other times (e.g. weekend, public holiday) will be despatched on the next working day and delivered the working day after. UK mainland only. Signature required on delivery. Next day delivery by 12pm : £11.00 Orders placed before 4pm on a working day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the next working day by 12pm. Orders placed at other times (e.g. weekend, public holidays) will be despatched on the next working day and delivered the working day after. UK mainland only. Signature required on delivery.
Saturday Delivery: £11.00
Orders placed before 4pm on a Friday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the next Saturday. UK mainland only. Signature required on delivery.
International Delivery
International delivery via DHL is available and costs vary with number of items an destination. The table below gives a guide price but if you require further information please call

How secure is your site?
Using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL), Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information from your computer to ours. Our SSL has an encryption key length of the highest level available at 128 bits.
Returns Policy
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days or receipt. • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original condition. We will exchange the item on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred we will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge.
• Terms and Conditions
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
